Real Estate + Alternative Investment
Blacksands Pacific maintains substantial acreage position both leased and owned within the Unites States and Canada. We also maintain interest in other real estate assets as an alternative investment through our 45 percent ownership in Nuevitas International Holdings, LLC (a Delaware real estate investment corporation), with focus in real estate investment and development. The majority of the investment assets are high-end luxury residential portfolio, multi-family condominium assets, and world class retail and hospitality portfolio.
