Our core asset interests and operations are in the U.S Pacific Region, Plains States Region, Southern Region, the Gulf of Mexico and Canada. Our International subsidiary focuses on our Offshore / International Operation (s), with core focus or interests in the Sub-Sahara (West and East Africa), and the South East Asia region with future plans to expand throughout the Africa and Asia Continents. Our geographic core regions are United States, Canada, Africa, and South East Asia.

Our History
In 1999, Newman Enterprise Corp began trading with its main focus in Crude and Petroleum products, however following the de-merger of the partnership in which the company had operated, one of the partner operations was transferred to Blacksands Group Corp which continued with the Energy trading business while expanding its client base and strategic alliance. By the fall of 2009, Blacksands Group Corp had decided to fully restructure and diversify its businesses. Today THE BLACKSANDS PACIFIC GROUP, INC (“BSP”) including subsidiaries, is a fully structured international Energy corporation within a new corporate structure both in the United States and Hong Kong with operations in Upstream Oil & Gas, Energy Trading & Marketing and proposal for downstream operations including strategic partnership for refineries.
BSP maintains strategic partnerships with sovereign entities and multinational clientele, whether trading Petroleum or Petroleum products on the global market or aligning with International Oil Companies in its exploration and production activities.
